Ms. Lisa M. Regan’s practice is exclusively focused on assisting clients throughout New Jersey with their family law and matrimonial matters, including divorce, custody and parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, parental relocation, post-dissolution matters, domestic violence, guardianships, and all other related family matters.

Drawing upon her vast experience and skill in this area of the law, Ms. Regan understands the importance and sensitivity of family law matters and is passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients. She recognizes the critical importance of having a collaborative relationship with her clients and carefully listens to her clients as part of her highly-tailored approach to guiding them towards their goals. She is as skilled at providing meaningful advice when low conflict resolution is needed, such as negotiation or mediation, as she is at presenting complex arguments and zealously advocating before a judge. Ms. Regan will always pursue the path that is truly in her client’s best interests.

Ms. Regan graduated cum laude from Montclair State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey. During her time at Rutgers Law School, Ms. Regan served as a legal intern for the Honorable Bryan D. Garruto, J.S.C., Middlesex County Family Part and for the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, J.S.C., Morris County Family Part. She also gained valuable experience when she volunteered with the law school’s Child Advocacy Clinic, representing children involved in DYFS (currently DCPP) proceedings and securing Social Security benefits for children with disabilities. She is an alumni member of Phi Delta Phi, the International Legal Honor Society.

Ms. Regan is licensed to practice in New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of New Jersey.
