In honor of Women’s History Month, our firm’s Owner and Managing Member, Judi McDermott, Esq., served as a panel member for an ADP presentation entitled, “Break the Bias; a conversation with female business owners,” which took place virtually on March 23, 2022.   Judi and 5 other female business owners discussed how to develop workplaces free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.  At GPMV, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are part of our firm’s values.  We are committed to promoting and fostering a diverse and inclusive firm culture that respects everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability.
